My name is Ryan Nunn and I’m here to be your music guide to share with you my top ten picks of 2016. I am going by the top ten songs that I listen to on a daily basis. These are songs that I hope that people will also enjoy.
My top ten favorite artists are The Chain-Smokers, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, Zayn and Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Justin Timberlake, Twenty-One Pilots, Clean Bandit and Hailee Steinfeld. And these are my favorite songs.

Maroon 5 is one of the bands I have listened to for the longest time. I recently attended a Maroon 5 concert and they debuted their new song “Don’t Wanna Know” featuring Kendrick Lamar. I like this song because, for one, Adam Levine sings it and the music video is as interesting as it is funny.

Ariana Grande’s song “Into You” is another one of my top ten because her songs do not just reach out to one specific audience. This song is one that I listen to all the time. It is on a constant shuffle in my playlist.

Bruno Mars has come out with a new song called “24K Magic” This is a song that I can see myself dancing and singing along to with my friends.

Ed Sheeran has so many good songs that it was really hard for me to pick just one song that I really love. The song that I picked is “Castle on The Hill”. I picked this song for two reasons: the music video and the lyrics of the song itself. The music video reminds me of high school and how much fun I had and the lyrics are just powerful and actually mean something to me.

Another song is Zayn and Taylor Swift’s “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever”. I love this song because it combines two artists that I really enjoy listening to. “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” is featured in a movie, 50 Shades Darker, that is coming out soon.

Justin Timberlake had to be in my list and the song that is in my top ten is “Can’t Stop the Feeling”. This song is fun and upbeat. It is a song that I can work out and dance to. I think you will love the video.

The Twenty-One Pilot’s song that is number 4 on my list is “The Judge”. There are only a few songs by Twenty-One Pilots that I enjoy listening to because they’re more indie and this normally isn’t my preferred genre, but this song deserves to be in my list.

“Rockabye” is a song by Clean Bandit that I have come to love. I love this song because it always puts me in a good mood. I believe that other people will like this song because of the lyrics and the music itself.

The song “Starving” by Hailee Steinfeld features Zedd and the band Grey. This song is included in my top ten because of how much I like these artists. Other people will enjoy listening because I think that it is a song that everyone can relate to.

I would say that this is “Closer” takes the number one spot on my top ten list. It is my favorite song by the Chain-Smokers because it’s the type of song that I can sing and dance to. The Chain-Smokers have numerous hit songs that are out but this is the one that I can call my favorite.
