College Living Experience supports young adults with varying exceptionalities to prepare for life as independent adults. The CLE Program includes educational support services, training in independent living skills and social skills, and support services for transitioning into the workforce.
Young adults with autism, learning disabilities, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy and other special needs can successfully transition to independent adulthood with tailored support provided by CLE.
Job Summary
The CLE team is looking to add a versatile, proactive, detail-oriented, positive individual who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team and takes pride in their work.
This position is responsible for building rapport with assigned CLE students, encouraging social involvement, and facilitating appropriate social interactions with peers, staff, and the community. The Social Coach has the appropriate clinical background to recognize problem areas and implement corrective strategies to help the student navigate real-world experiences.
