Managing the Cliff for the Neurodiverse Post-Secondary Young Adult

Transitioning out of secondary school is a pivotal and often daunting moment for neurodiverse students and their families. As the guaranteed structure of high school support falls away, a new landscape of opportunity and challenge begins. This webinar provides parents with a roadmap to navigate this “services cliff,” focusing on practical strategies to help their young adults thrive whether their next step is a university campus, a vocational program, the workforce, or community volunteering.
