Stephanie Frumkin, M.A. Ed., founder of Exceptional Educational Solutions, discusses homeschooling through Covid-19 and strategies for distance learning for parents and students.
Stephanie Frumkin is an educational consultant and founder of Exceptional Educational Solutions. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of education. She earned both a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s in School Administration and Supervision. She received additional training in special education law and advocacy through Wrightslaw and COPAA’s SEAT 2.0.
Stephanie has taught in many settings including in several Maryland public school systems, private schools, community colleges, and has provided 1:1 instruction to both neurodiverse and gifted students and those with learning differences. Additionally, she homeschooled her own children for nearly 5 years. She served as the administrator of a Maryland homeschool umbrella group, and is currently serving as the MCCPTA Special Education Vice Chair. She is a member of COPAA, xMinds, the GTLD Network and WISER.
